If you happened to find our site through your own efforts here are a few of the factors we look at when evaluating a potential client:
Age
We are looking to assist those who are over the age of 65.
Net Worth
There is no defined figure that we use for determining eligibility
Income
This is one of the most important factors that we look at. Generally those who have yearly income that is less than 2 times the federal poverty level, currently $19,350 for a family of four), will qualify (see the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services web site for more details on federal poverty levels). There are cases, though where an individual has income that is higher but medical or other fixed expenses have presented a need.
